Maybe if it is for medical reasons (like a pair of F cups killing your back) or if maybe a really big problem for the person (like a viscious scar across the face or somewhere highly visible) but botox....nah (although I speak easy, I'm male and I go to the hardware shop in my pt,tshirt and plakkies straight out of whatever I'm busy with around the house

will you ever get plastic surgery or botox to look better or younger? or to look better?
Nah, no point - I already look like the after.

Plus, I'm far too humble/modest.

Plastic Surgery / botox - No

What I might consider, is some laser hair removal around ears

On the topic, as long as people don't overdo it I don't see an issue. Like someone mentioned it could be a huge confidence boost which helps people psychologically more than the physical aspect.

One of my wifes friends was extremely overweight and she spent alot of time losing this weight and transforming her life. She looked amazing except that she had alot of loose skin (which we didn't always see, but she did). Even though I personally haven't seen it and didn't think it was an issue, it really affected her negatively doing all the hard work to be left with the ugly reminder of what she was. She eventually had the excess skin removed and at the same time went for a boob lift to get rid of the saggy twins. After the work she is like a different person. She seems to be doing even more things than before and has become alot more confident in almost all parts of her life. In her case it definitely helped her and she didn't go crazy with the work she had done.

I also know another young lady who went for a boob job she didn't need. I personally think it was just for extra attention... and it got her just that. I wont go into detail around her life, but today as a parent I wouldn't be surprised if she regrets all the attention the boob job got her as well as the places it took her.

Serious question, have you never seen someone with hairy earlobes?

Not that I can recall. I have, unfortunately, seen a few people with tufts of hair growing out of their ear holes like it's some bizarre flowerpot.

I've seen a few people with hairy earlobes. On the guys it didn't look like an issue, but the female did look weird.

Apparently can't work. I asked.

Yes me. Sadly. I blame it on my genes . Would also go for laser on my hairy shoulders and top part of back. But I can't afford it ( or rather I prefer to spend my money elsewhere )

Yes, I definitely would - the problem comes in, especially celebs with tons of cash, is that they don't know when to stop. I mean Look at Cher, Jane Fonda, Meryll Streep etc- there's no doubt those woman have gone under the knife but Goddamn they still look incredible for their ages.
