Good day
I'm asking this for my cousin she bought a second hand car, from a private seller the seller didn't disclose that the car was involved in an accident. When my cousin was told that the is something wrong with her car.
She thought maybe it's potholes, so she laid a claim with her insurance. Then took her car for second opinion thats when she discovered, that her car was involved in a front accident.
So she informed her insurance that it looks like the previous owner was involved in an accident. Because the claim was laid the assesor took the details, then the she said she will call her with feedback.
What can she expect she not expecting much?. Especially future claims.
