You can do it yourself I did mine with ease...

problem is, i cant mod our ps2, to do the swap trick (replacing a .ELF file on an image of an original ps2 game with uLE.ELF to boot Free MCBoot from a usb) since it doesnt belong to us, and dont want to risk breaking it...
If someone with a chipped ps2, or a memory card with Free MCBoot, could simply Free MCBoot my memory card, i would appreciate it very much

u still need to install it from a usb,tho
having a chiped one already with a ELF bootloader just makes the job alot easier

i know, but i dont have a chipped ps2, which is why im hoping someone in cape town with a chipped ps2 could perhaps Free MCBoot my memory card, i already have, A disk with ULaunch.ELF (FIFA06, replaced the FIFA94.ELF following a guide), A USB with Free MCBoot, and my own memory card obviously, so its just up to the willing community now

We dont have money for a new console, even second ones on gumtree and olx is out of our price range sadly...

Gzuz bra I'd donate if I could but I only bought a ps3 last year and everyone is moving on to ps4/xbone.

the reason i really want this is so i can play the old final fantasy and ratchet and clank games which i never got to
also, i have a very gaming pc (plays skyrim on med/high with 120 mods at 45-60FPS avg.) which isn't the best, however it works wonders for me, thus i am happy, but when it comes to emulating games, like dragon quest 8, (which i do own) even with multiple speed hacks and lowest possible graphical settings, the game runs like horse ****...
somebody please help a brother out i shan't lose hope!

I have a PS2, PS3 and PS4 and I still use my PS2. Lots of good games on it, I don't care about graphics as long as the game is fun
