PlayStation Plus Account

Now heres the other thing... as i said, my PSN account is for US, because of the netflix and hulu streaming... would it be better to take the account on US or SA?
Doesn't really matter. eason i have an SA account is that i started with it.

If i put my profile back to SA, will i lose the netflix and hulu apps?
Definitely not

... whats the difference between "bundle, psn game and full game" options for purchasing?
Dont know about bundle ...
PSN games are free games you get from PSN and can be played provided that your subscription is active
Full Games: PSN games are full free games. Non demos

I have 3 PSN account
- UK for bbc apps Mainly to download apps
- US for Netflix, Hulu+ and TuneIn Mainly to download apps
- SA With Ps+

I mainly use the SA and can access all my apps from there and the account with ps+.

This doesn't sound right to me. I think you are confusing the 'PSN Game' category with the PSN+ 'Instant Game Collection' games. This is my experience of the categories of games:

Game/Full Game = Game that is available on Disc and PSN
PSN Game = Game that is only available on PSN (or was first only available on PSN, then later released as a Disc version, e.g Minecraft and Terraria)
Bundle = Game + Add-ons/extras or multiple games in one purchase

Also, something not mentioned:

Game Unlock: Functions as a 'key' to unlock the trial version you download separately into the full game.

All of these are region specific. So a game that is on Disc and PSN in the US, but PSN only in the UK will be listed as 'PSN Game' in the UK store.

edit: Forgot to mention that this is for PS3/PS4 games, for PS Vita you don't have the PSN Game/Full Game/Game distinction, you just have 'Game'

this shouldn't make a difference if i buy the game online? the account is for SA so there shouldn't be any region lock?

No it will not affect anything. I just mentioned it in case you were using multiple accounts and got confused by seeing the same game listed as 'Full Game' in one region and 'PSN Game' in another region.
