PlayStation veteran tasked with boosting Xbox games

Microsoft Corp. is betting that Mena Kato — a PlayStation veteran who grew up playing Nintendo classics like Donkey Kong — will help it finally drive a wedge into the world’s No. 3 gaming market.

Kato helped build Sony Group Corp.’s console into a dominant presence in the games industry over two decades with PlayStation.

...and they're so proud of being 2000 babies...
I'm a 90s kid.

Played Mario, Sonic, Adventure Island, Dig Dug, Battle City, Turtles and all that stuff, never touched Donkey Kong.

80's kids here, had atari.....so there is that, we also enjoyed arcade machines, with pacman, ghost and goblins, track and field, bubble bobble, double dragon, and a bunch more I can't even remember, not that they weren't there in the 90's just that they were new in the 80's, arcades were the new hip thing to do back then. You modern kids, with your 64 bit consoles...........lol. 8 bit consoles were and still are the GOAT.....period.......

And Super Mario Brothers 3, is the goat and still holds up even to this day, and still play it especially during loading shedding on my PSP....
