No. Uniterm Direct gives the dealer price to the public - or at least I got the dealer price 
They do have Base & Final columns in their quote, so it is possible that they might quote you more if you're not a dealer, but I highly doubt it.
You can usually find better deals (than the ones indicated on their website) by buying from them at BidOrBuy.
