Okay, was just wondering why it says it has a account limit of 1.0gig. But if it's just a report, then all is fine.

It would say 1gig because that's the specific account that you have.
If you have a larger cap, then I'd suggest taking it up with their customer support.
 
i wish i could change the report formats as then it would be more useful
 
As a matter of interest, what made you decide to post your email from your ISP in this forum, as opposed to contacting your ISP for an explanation?

I've been getting these for months now. I don't understand where the complexity lies. Its very plain and straightforward.

It was the first one, and it didn't exactly said Sir, you have 500mb left on you account. No, they chose to make it more difficult, by telling I have a 1 gig limit and so on. But anyway I know now. Thanks for all who helped an afrikaans oukie.:D
