How is it I'm receiving so many upload errors? Its almost 10% of the total time. This is causing a severe problem in my gaming. I tried my unshaped line - it was worse

Your downstream line attenuation is quite high - 58.4/13.81 ~ 4.229kms from the exchange.
You should pick up some CRC errors due to the high attenuation but there could be other interference problems. If you check the upstream SNR margin every 30 seconds for say 5 to 10 minutes does it vary at all? What kind of router are you using? Some routers handle noisy lines better than others.
