Best choice for Gaming mouse Under R1500

I would vote for any mouse where the middle wheel is smooth like my Logitech MX Master (yes, it is not a gaming mouse). My current Corsair Ironclaw RBG is painful when it comes to scrolling.

My opinion, any Logitech - I went budget and got the G305 wireless and pretty happy with it...

I have a G502 hero, it’s a great mouse.

Granted I don’t game with it, but I use it for 8 hours a day no complaints.

Possibly my favorite mouse I have used (numerous MX masters, marathon, triathlon)

You prefer the G502 over the MX Master for productivity use?
I have both and switch between the two for gaming and productivity.

well for me a mouse is good, or terrible :)

Performance MX (not MX Master - my bad) I had used unified receiver, not Bluetooth, and I have honestly had endless issues with unifying receives.

If it feels nice in the hand, has a great scroll wheel, and has a "back" button by my thumb, then I am happy.

What I will say about Logitech is - EVERY one of their mice that I have had eventually suffered from random "double click syndrome" or whatever it is called - this results in a double click when you want a single, and a "click" happening in the middle of drag and drop.
But maybe this happens to every mouse, as I have only used Logitech as far as I remember (excluding crappy genuis mice and some random MS ones in the 90's, before I started working)

But you are probably right, in that my actual favourite mouse is the M720 Triathlon - that battery life and the 3 way bluetooth switch

If was back in an office working on a notebook - I would go back to a wireless mouse 100%

The unifying receiver works great for me, whereas the bluetooth can be iffy. Especially in an office environment. Even at home I only use my unifying receivers. Luckily the MX Master supports both.

I never had clicking issues with Logitech, but I did have scrollwheel issues with my G403. If I scroll down, it would every now and then first scroll up a fraction before scrolling down. Terrible if you use the scrollwheel for selecting weapons for example. I got a refund from Takealot under warranty.

My MX Master 3, original MX Master (now belongs to the wife), G502 and the original 2003 MX 500 all still work perfectly. The MX 500 did need some super glue repairs due to my aggressive clicker friend, but still works.

Razer Death Adder - wheel click is hit and miss.
Some other Razer - the mouse cursor would drift. Replaced with another razer under warranty.

Anyway, the MX Master 3 is the undisputed (if expensive) productivity champion in my opinion. It is amazing.

Onto my second Logitech G703 Lightspeed (now with the Hero sensor). Won’t ever use anything else at home

This!! I actually came here to look for a replacement mouse for my G602 as this double-click is driving me mad when working!!

I was looking at another Logitech, but if you say all of yours have had the same problem, I may need to reconsider.
