Please HELP mtn

:mad: I am really FED UP!
I use MTN for all my Internet purposes for years now but the last month I really had a headache with disconnections. I am using my Internet for important immediate work. I have suffered a lot this passed month and I think service providers should be penalized if not keeping up with their so called promising services.
I am really in need of a service provider that can deliver. Any person with suggestions for me?

They do not even have a direct line where i can contact them for support. Nothing on 141 555 or 173 Any person with suggestions for me?

hi i fully agree with you i have major issues with speed i mean i try to send a whatsapp message of a couple of kilobytes and it takes like 10 mins to go thru what the HELL MTN

Yep MTN of late has been absolutely disgraceful with service, and not even just with the data side. As soon as my contract, my wife's contract and my sons contract are up I am switching to another provider and I have been with them ever since mobile technology came in to South Africa.
 
Generally drops are caused by a drop in signal- what device are you using? There might be a way that the signal can be stabilised by an external arial.

I have ported my MTN sim to Cell C for my Tablet Device, and the coverage is way better. No more disconnections.
