Finally, I managed to get the TV card working...
I live in a block of flats which has a satellite dish which all tenants can connect to. So, I only had to connect to the bridge (lack of a better word) outside and everything is working fine except that I cannot get a clean picture for etv.
Also, not a major headache though, I can't get the TV to work flawlessly with WMC on Win 7. But I hate everything about WMC.
More than anything else, I would like to thank everybody for contributing to the problem.
