Hi All

with yesterday sales that have been one of the best for one day trade we hoping that we can do the same again today

to achieve this we again doing some Mind Blowing Deals today ,tomorrow and Thursday as we are serious to reach this target.

Yesterday my colleague at work who buys from Pinnacle and Rectron told me that his suppliers are very unhappy with Esquire’s price drops , cause they getting calls from customers complaining that they being ripped off after seeing your specials , it seems that your pricing has become a hot topic with other suppliers , don’t get me wrong I am not complaining I’m glad that your company is the first to start dropping prices , also I want to let you know your ppl in Cpt are fantastic , especially Graham and Cayson what a remarkable improvement since you got rid of that useless Imraan dude. I ordered some stuff yesterday and left the shop in 10 minutes , normally it would take a hellva long time to get my stuff.

Hello Joe

Thank you for your kind words and I am sure we must be the topic of discussions on the pricing as we decided to drop most of our pricing since the Rand has strengthened , I must admit that we were one of the first to increase pricing when the rand weaken and it is only fair that we adjust to the new exchange rate
With the new stocks arriving daily, I am sure with our price drops others will follow suit ,

I am glad that you find the service levels in Cape Town branch has improved as that has been the most challenging branch for us in the group but it seems that we finally got the right team with the right attitude and that is to give service to our valued clients, I will pass the compliment to the guys in Cape Town
