please help telkom cable fault.

Good day, ive requested a line installation on the 5th May and waited about 2weeks for a technician to come out and when the guy cane out he tested the wrong cable.

He didnt test the right line at the pole. He said then no something is wrong at the box.

When I phoned telkom a couple of days later the guy never reported the fault......its been since the 5th May that nothing has been done.

The contractor that came out was so rude he just left and never reported anything to telkom.

Please help.

My order number is 141185037. ID number: The landline number they gave me is : 011902xxxx.

Telkom needs to send another technician out I think. Please please help me.
