please please please help me urgently

It's something with your HDD (or HDDs). OS not found gives it away. But reset your BIOS and configure it from scratch. But check your HDD cables first. If you go into the BIOS you should be able to see what it is reporting your HDD as. Good luck!

when i press f2 to go into the bios i get this message and then it goes into the bios : irq not configured pci on motherboard

This sounds like a boot priority problem. When your PC can't find any devices on the network that it can boot from, it concludes that there isn't an OS available to your PC and stops the boot process.

The computer should have an option in the BIOS under one of the menus to enable boot devices and change their priority. Disable boot from LAN (I can't think of anyone outside of a corporate environment that would need it) and you're set.

ok i went into boot options this is there:
post errors : [ no halt on any errors]
fast boot [ enabled]
quiet boot [enabled]
primary display [pci]
boot menu [disabled]

under boot sequence :
!+diskette
!+diskette
!+diskette
!+diskette
bootmanage undi, pxe-2.0 (build 084)

whats with that

You'll need to move the "bootmanage undi, pxe-2.0 (build 084)" to the top for it to boot from that drive first.

I see your primary display setting is on [pci]
Is the new card you installed a pci, pci-e or agp card?
