5 all the way. I have a 4M line at home and I generally get around 3.8 or better.
we also use IS at the office, and while our speed is usually only around 3, we don't generally have any connection problems.
 
I'm using IS via Openweb's GOLD account and it flies. Except when Seacom is down :(
 
We have 4mb uncapped at work, never really had any issues and those we did have were resolved quickly.
 
5 all the way never ever had a problem with my 4mb uncapped plus great 24/7 support helpdesk.
 
i use Internet Solutions through the discovery vitality offer, never had any reason to contact the helpdesk/support, as far as i can remember there has only been 2 occasions where i could not connect - but yeah it is great imo
