We are doing a survey on how happy subscribers are with their ISP, and it will be great if you can rate Internet Solutions based on value-for-money, network quality, and general service satisfaction.

I have no complaints at all, had one issue a year or so back and was resolve within an hour of reporting

No issues with them for the almost the 4 years I have been a Plug subscriber. My throughput is good with no shaping as far as I'm aware.

if they where more retail then lot more people would use them , pricing needs to be put on websites. been useing plugg for 4 years no issues.
