I generally only use my 1mbps uncapped account outside working hours, and haven't had any complaints about speed or shaping. Excellent pings to local and international gaming servers, but I do see Youtube's buffering screen a lot more often than with other ISPs, even outside business hours. Overall an excellent service - one that I am not ashamed to recommend to others.

Good all round service on their 4096 kbps uncapped. Holding thumbs that they can drop their 10240 kbps uncapped pricesbefore year end.
Latencies could be better for gamming to UK servers, but still playable. HTTP download speeds are great and P2P does not get shaped heavily for me.

Performance = 8/10 I can rely on them working
Support = 10/10 Quick to follow up
Value = 8/10 Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for
Overall = 9/10 Been with several ISP's, and mweb has been stable, and looks promising to be still one of the best ISP's in years to come

As of late Mweb has been shining in my eyes, latency is very good. My download speeds i was getting was close to full all the time. Im very very happy with them at the moment.

I'm on MWEB uncapped 1Mb.
Speed and latency wise, I can't complain. It's a little slow as I live in a small town, but more than fast enough to stream Supersport and play any FPS online. Support was perfect, they set up the connection in a matter of hours. Value for money - on par with other ISPs. Given that MWEB dominate the ISP market in SA, they could probably afford to charge us a bit less.

Overall satisfaction - 4/5.

I'd be a happier customer if they offered that little bit extra. At the moment, all ISPs seem to just settle with the same packages, same support etc.

MWeb uncapped 384 for almost 2 years now. Great value for money, good speed, and no issues since I've joined.

Mweb uncapped 4 meg.
Great performance - reliable low latency and full line speed.
Excellent support.
You get what you pay for.

Using 4mb shaped uncapped, Great speeds and great latency for gaming, Very happy

Uncapped 384kbps since last yr.. uhm other than when i signed up i've never been in contact with then since as everything just kinda works, always, no cap. Was skeptical as previously MWeb was kinda the big bad isp.. but yah their about turn a few yrs ago seems great.. now if only the telecom operators did something like that

Very happy with service in general. Even though its a 4mb account I often get higher speeds because of 10mb line. I would like it if torrents would go faster during the day but I understand prioritising :)

MWEB Business is awesome! No issues, however the support guys could use some extra staff

Mweb could have a live statistics page telling us the different packages and their current throttling ratio, this only really matters when the network is running at full capacity.

Got the 4mb shaped uncapped account and it is brilliant. Initially there were the old growing pains, but was so worth sticking with them. Gone are the days where you had to switch between accounts to do local bandwidth for downloading and international bandwidth for gaming. now you just fire up what ever you want to do and don't have to worry about that... that... what was that word again... 'C..' oh yes, 'CAP'. Cap is the devil's word.

I have 1MB uncapped and is a heavy user. So far it's been great.
One annoyance is that not all ISP's in this country play nice and your local traffic might take in international route.
This slow and bad for remote support.
