Not sure if anyone from Rain will read this. But last year my phone got stolen and one of the Rain Sims was in it.
I have requested a replacement via the online portal, but no one is calling me back, as the portal said they would?
Also I cant stay on the call center line any more ... you have already taken R50 of my airtime waiting in that queue.
My reference number are #15520196, #11347500, #10089742, #10089488, #9776518 - I have been reporting this since August of last year. Please could someone from Rain finally call me?!?

cant you just buy another SIM card from MR-D and get them to transfer it over?
