How do I log-in on the plug site because no matter what I try I cant log-in.

Ive just logged in with Firefox 28.0 without any issues.

If you could email me your details, including the browsers and the respective version, I can certainly have a look in the logs why you having problems logging in.

Ok finally got it sorted. Problem with my antivirus blocking it.

Some of IS' IPC links in Cape Town are currently down; they have been reported to SAIX and currently waiting on feedback.

You might experience some packet loss & increased latency if you find yourself connecting from the Cape region.

No ETA at this stage.

It seems that there are other ISPs that also lost some of their IPC links in CTN not just us.

SAIX might have some real issues currently. Let's hope they fix before the rush.

Seems everything are back to normal. Services are restored.

Might be restored, but not great, still very high latency, 900plus ping to saix server in Cape Town. Rebooted router and still very slow speeds.
