pointing a domain to wordpress.com

I want to point my domain to a wordpress blog hosted on wordpress.com

what do I change in my cpanel to do this? I would like my domain name to be displayed so I cant use a straight forward redirect.

I tried playing with the cname but dont really know what im doing.. can someone explain how to point the domain and still have my domain displayed but show my wordpress blog on wordpress.com.

I think this is a paid for service with Wordpress.com. So once you have paid it should give you instructions on how to set a CNAME that points at wordpress.

This page should give you the info you are looking for. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/ It appears that they charge $13 per year to use your own domain.
