Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have announced that Pokémon GO Plus will be available in much of the world next week.

I think it will save battery...

It allows you to keep your phone in your pocket and go about your day-to-day activities, while still being able to collect valuable resources and capture Pokémon.

As you pass by a PokéStop, Pokémon GO Plus will vibrate and light up and alert you to the location. You’ll even be able to collect new items just by clicking the Pokémon GO Plus.

That is valuable, they haven't said if it will catch pokemon but Im sure I read elsewhere it will (only if you have that pokemon)

It is sort of pay to win then.

Niantic know this product is a load of crap. Did anyone else see their pathetic shilling of the Pokemon Go Plus accessory on the Apple stage last night before talking about what they were actually invited to do (which was Pokemon Go on Apple Watch). Dead silence from the crowd.
