Eevee has a max CP of 1077. I can't believe you had anything CP1300 seeing as you said you were level 10.

Eevee was renamed to Rainer and evolved. Why can it not be more than CP 1077 ? I did not say 1300 but about 1300. So it was a guesstimate from my side because I cannot access my account to see real value. I was trying to illustrate that it seems strange that people in my small town can have such high Pokemons while the best I had was one that was not higher in CP than 1300.

As mentioned before I use my phone and my tablet to play. Phone during the day when at work or walking around and then my tablet when I'm back home. If I did not log out of the game on the tablet but used my phone to play during the morning can this be the reason ?

The people taking that particuler gym must surely be cheating. I see their Vaporeon (with the very high CP) of this morning is gone and there is now only a Golduck of CP 623 from a different team.
 
I'm going around on reddit main pokemon go sub claiming niantic is racist for not releasing in Africa. Maybe if the posts get enough attention we will get official word from them. Seems like the only way they comment on anything is if there is negative press in great numbers.

Also playing the race card works for the anc so why can't we use it to gain international attention?

When it does get released in SA will it in any way affect our games ? Not that it matters now because I have to restart again. :cry:

Simply updating from the play store is good for me.

Also official regional price leveling across platforms
And maybe more nests.
Possibly a region specific pokemon...

Yes.. Arguably the most valuable item to purchase in game is the egg incubators and now that IV self reporting is in, they will likely see increased sales of incubators (higher % chance of perfect IV). I suspect though with the IV change will came a future change to reduce the quality of pokemon hatched but we will see. Point is.. if they enabled sales, i'd buy 9 incubators and retain/restock to keep 8 working.
 
On my previous account my main pokémon had iv's around 92-94, I only get ones around 80 on the new account, is there a huge difference between a 80 and a 90 iv

Not that huge, as far as I understand - unless you are anal about having the absolute best Pokemon possible.

If it's going to make a small difference I will not worry that much no.

Now not to make the same mistake again. I share my wifi, do that the kids can get Internet access through my phone, but is that not exactly the same than accessing their account through my phone and being on the same wireless network?
