Works in the morning till about 14h00.. Then it slows till it stops working between 16h00 to 19h00

Which would make it about 08:00 in the US. Makes perfect sense - filthy Yanks are crashing the servers! Not that anyone outside of the US, Europe and Australasia should be complaining - you're not meant to be playing anyway, and are causing undue strain on the system. *ducks*

It's not really about location - more a capacity issue. They probably brought new servers up in the regions that can legally download the game, but there are still too many people from outside those regions connecting than the servers can handle.
Oh, also the fact that most of yesterday's issues were DDOS attacks. May very well be the same thing today.

Don't really have an answer, but this afternoon I took my son driving around Edenvale and he found quite a lot. Only managed to nab two though because of constant server issues.

Ffs. I really don't care about **** I won't get to see because the servers are constantly ****ed. Get the game stable, THEN add new content. The game has been mostly unplayable since launch. I've lost about 10 incense already - doubt they'll be refunding those.Apparently 47million people trying to get on now
Anyway.. They adding trading & battles in the updates being pushed with a release at 1am

Wasted a bunch of balls today catching stuff and then nothing would happen, just the flash of it being caught and it would freeze until you force quit.

Hey guys. I have also been having a lot of issues related to catching Pokémon and then freezing. I suggest you don't force quit. Wait for 3 flashes of the loading icon on the left of the screen. Force close the app and then reopen it. The Pokémon will be caught. I have been doing this and on android v29.2 it works for me. Hope someone can try this and confirm as well.
