Pokemon Go!

4 new pokestops and a gym on the way in to work today.

I'm sure they are a few days away from the official release here.
 
I have seen nothing different. No different spawn in the areas I go to often. But it was a busy weekend. I didn't even claim for any gyms this weekend
 
I woke up this morning and want to do my normal gym runs, but it seems my account is banned, I can't log in, but both my kids accounts seem fine.

I travel a lot, yesterday I did about 700km, took pokestops and gyms along the way. Last week I was in Cape Town for example, but that is it I am only on level 24 ffs how can I be a bot. What am I to do, me and my kids are having a ball with the game atm

Email support and wait for your "r" as a reply.
 
Anyone had any success with this, I really really peed off, I played the game fair, and there is still bloody level 34 bots around town. I think my son is even more disapointed than i am as we could not do a proper gym run before school this morning

From my "appeal" mail

If you have not received an email stating your account was terminated, but are experiencing login issues or map loading errors it may just be a temporary server issue. Please try to login again in a few hours.

I did not received any mail though, but my kids accounts seem fine.

I would try uninstall and reinstall, sometimes there is a bit of cashing issues, and the loads of trael might be effecting you.

there is a guy on facebook saying he has just had his second level 22 account banned.
as I told that guy, bannings started last week, so last week was his first ban, and now he already has another level 22 account, seems dodgy to me, no way they can make the same mistake banning an innocent account twice in a row.

I did uninstall and reinstall, still doing the same

Just spoke to one of my friends at work, his account is doing exactly the same and he stopped playing about two weeks ago and is only level 14

just a random question, are you and the guy at work on the same network? or possibly on the same wifi?

becacuse this might be a IP ban, but it wont explain why your kids arent getting the same thing.

if at all possible try a different sim card and see if you can log in then.

No way Niantic are doing IP ban's that would be retarded. Think of how many people will be sharing wifi hotspots, etc.

last week there was proof of 4 hour long IP soft bans happening. it even happened at a starbucks wifi network. caused a lot of trouble....
