I do sometimes to help them transfer the right pokemons and don't stuff something up, but not that often, we use the same mobile wifi router yes. We are also on the same network at home

Vercogen, if you logged in to another account on your phone (same router etc doesn't matter) then you could be in trouble. One account per person.

as I told that guy, bannings started last week, so last week was his first ban, and now he already has another level 22 account, seems dodgy to me, no way they can make the same mistake banning an innocent account twice in a row.

Yeah, they were some people on reddit who claimed to be incorrectly banned, but when people dug through there posts it was shown that were using bots.

Well that's bad, it was not that that i tried to cheat or anything. Well then that is it for me, not going to work my way up to level 24 again
 
I am not saying you cheated @Vercogen

I am saying by loggin in with more than one account you got one of those accounts banned. I know it sounds weird, but be happy it was your account and not your kids ones.... #justsaying

think of it like this. now you can buy a few lucky eggs, start with a pikachu, and then go to a nice hotspot, like Irene Mall or Flora farm, pop the egg, and get double XP for ALL the new pokemon you catch.
I have a theory knowing what we know now starting over you could in theory get to level 15 or so in about 4 or 5 hours playing legitly with a lucky egg or 8.
 
Well according to the new appraisal thing, my top 2 pokemon are pants. Im ok with the Arcanine being pants (expected it) but the Clefairy I thought was awesome.

At least the 650cp Growlithe I have is excellent, so now to find 9 more candies

I live in Potchefstroom , no nice spots here have not even seen a Dratini , best I've seen was Pincer. Although a lot of bloody Dragonites and Gyarados on gyms??

It looks like if you put in a request it immediately say solved, so maybe they are still reveiwing

I would not place my hope on it.

make a day of it on the weekend. pop in to Flora Farm(boksburg) or the pretoria Botanical gardens. you can get back to where you were very quickly.

and for the love of all that is holy, remove your kids accounts from your phone before you get them banned too! (I am sure you have already)

I would also resubmit the ticket saying that while you and your kids are out sometimes their battery dies and you let them log in and play on your phone.
explain to them what you did giving your account details (nic and Email) your kids details(the same again) make it clear you have never used a bot, or gps spoofing, or even any third party apps. admit to what you did do to break the TOS, and then hope. maybe that will get you your account back. but honestly I dont think it will

I stay in Joburg & no sight of a Dratini. I still say, that anyone with the top 5 gym defenders and is at level 30+ cheated.
Unfortunately some are still holding gyms.

Tried that as well, even uninstalled and reinstalled, but that is what i think as well why did they not send me any message saying that i am banned?
