Police refuses to appoint whites

All government posts have this type of criteria for a while now (not "dont hire whites", but the general quote that needs to filled), so it's not too surprising. Why are there 53 vacancies?

People are getting murdered daily - and all the nitwit minister is worried about "enhancing representivity"??
WTF? Shows you who the REAL Racists are - at EXPENSE of lives!

AA is NOT racism. I thought we cleared this up already. You rich whiteys just complaining again.
 
The fact is that if a post is going to be left vacant because, as the minister stated in his reply, such an appointment would not "enhance representivity", then that goes way beyond the kind of affirmative action that any South African could possibly want to see. Simply leaving positions unfilled when qualified people are available makes no sense at all. No matter what one's particular view on employment equity is, when no previously disadvantaged candidate is available for a post, and if there are other candidates who are able to do the job, then an appointment must be made if service delivery isn't to be compromised.

This is the main reason for the current state SA is in. The ANC's better life for all*.
*all as long as you are black.

The way it is implemented is racist. If they have a vacancy and they would rather leave it open than employ a white person of course it is racism. Wake up and smell the coffee.

Are you condoning the fact that 4 qualified pilots and 4 learner pilots were appointed to 53 posts? Leaving 45 posts vacant with 120 applicants for these posts.

These are essential services. We all know the state with crime in this country. Yet the minister prefer to make political figures correct.

It is pure BS.

The president's air crews are all lilly white. I wonder why?

Could it be when these big shots' arses are on the line they prefer whiteys with proper training. Nothing to do with AA then.

The others: Selebi with a white advocate, minister of health Manto, going to a white hospital and not one of her own.

Makes you think, doesn't it.

Yes, it is obviously racist. There can be no defense for such a policy and it must be changed.
 
Who gives a sheet, if people are only know waking up to the fact that the government as a whole is racist - well then we are doomed.

Now that the sap has shown that they are racist, no wonder crime is up in the suburbs
