I have a silver car. Metallic Silver that glitters when clean.

I also have several marks on the car from other car doors that have been opened against my car. These marks are not silver or metallic or glittery.

What is the best polish to use to et the other paint marks off?

Actually use a bit of rubbing compound to get the paint off.

The best is to use rubbing compound, it will not remove your paint but the paint marks from other cars. This will work provided the scratch is not deep enough.
