Not true, the backpockets is excluded as well as the true values, else then they have to pay higher taxes. Maintainance is very heavy thats why you pay R97.00 per line + 680 for 1024 ADSL. I do not know why 192 ADSL is cheaper because the DSlam wont fail more if higher speeds is transmitted, Just remains a rip off. What is the cost of a DSLAM card? 680*12 per year. C'mon

Oh YA 1. Biggest liers in the world, exept Sadam of course, the problem is they seem to believe themselves too.

To be always dishonest, one must lie even when it is not in one's favour. Telkom will say or do anything to spin perception such that the spin targets believe the Telkom message. So Telkom is not "always" dishonest, they, however, "always" present a message beneficial to Telkom, even when that message is a downright lie.
