Pollen Count - Cape Town

Anyone know if there is a website that provides a live pollen count for Cape Town?

I'm dying from hay fever at the moment.

I'm taking Texa 10 (R20 for 10 pills, one a day) and using a nasal spray thing.
Hopefully the pills kick in today.

I'm immune to allergex and many others already.

Anti histamine eye drops also help a bit.

I'm not using anything, but I'm waking with a blocked nose every morning and slightly stuffy head, which recedes once I'm up and about.
