If you have utter disregard for the condition of the car after the fact I bet you can steal mostly any cheap car rather quickly.

It's doing a neat and clean job they doesn't look stolen that takes time.

It's not only the cheap cars that are easy to steal, a lot of expensive cars are just as easy they just aren't as big a target as cheap cars.
