Hi
I need some help, I don't really know where else to post it.
I have two phones on Cell C, one Samsung S3 and one Iphone 4s. My Samsung travels from Helderberg, specifically, Heledervue in Somerset West, and the iPhone from Heldervue to Strand/Gordon's Bay area.
I have poor reception, all the time, no matter where I travel. Poorest signal is at home, where I only have signal IF I'm lucky enough that it roams on Vodacom. This is both data and normal reception.
I've now canceled one contract, and the other runs until August. Is there even any place to go and complain about the fact that I can't use a service that I'm paying for?
Now I know that not everyone has the same issues I have. Is my only real option to buy a pre-paid sim from both MTN and Vodacom and see which one works best? I cannot really understand why I would have trouble in the areas I am, its not like its somewhere in Poffadder or whatever.
