Poor communication

Hi I have called and set up a payment arrangement on my account being suspended, telkom agent advised a 40% 1st month and 2x 30% over the next month's and line would be re activated,
I did a 50% payment only to find out that the lines would not be activated until all is paid up to date.

This is clearly poor service as a payment arrangement is a structure to assist with getting your line active,
You are still billed For services which you can't access due to account being suspended but have to pay.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life
