I live in the Sunward Park area of Boksburg and have had no signal all day at my home. This afternoon I had a meeting at the Wanders Club in Illovo. Great signal, so nothing is wrong with my phone. I phoned the customer service centre at 12am, as I could not get through earlier. They could not log my call as their system was off! I was told to call back in the morning! Wtf!
If the Vodacom Rep is still active, please look into this case of poor service delivery.
EDIT: My service was restored at about 10 am today. Just happy to have a phone service again.
