Poor service!!

I live in the Sunward Park area of Boksburg and have had no signal all day at my home. This afternoon I had a meeting at the Wanders Club in Illovo. Great signal, so nothing is wrong with my phone. I phoned the customer service centre at 12am, as I could not get through earlier. They could not log my call as their system was off! I was told to call back in the morning! Wtf!
If the Vodacom Rep is still active, please look into this case of poor service delivery.

EDIT: My service was restored at about 10 am today. Just happy to have a phone service again.

Yes thank you. He has promised to escalate my complaint re the tower footprint to the Engineering planning Department.
But to date Vodacom have not acknowledged that they had a transmission problem in my area, leaving me with "no signal"
BTW: Since Monday my 4G (LTE) signal has disappeared. :mad:
