poor signal

Im getting poor signal in JHB CBD which does not allow me to connect to the mobile network, how can i resolve this @Telkom rep

Having the same issue at my house here in CT. Signal strength used to be fair, but for the last two weeks I get no signal in certain parts of my house. To make matters worse my ADSL isn't working either so my wifi internally is useless!

Make sure your phone is on Auto Select under network settings.

My phone automatically switches to MTN when the TM signal is weak.

Yes, but then I only have 300MB data, instead of 5GB.

And I have good reception where I work and live, so don't use MTN a lot.

The signal fluctuates comes and goes as of lately. Back in the day it use to be stable or interference is the cause.
