Poor signal

Dear Cell C

We have justed moved into our flat and have very poor signal throughout. We are located in Cape Town. We have also run tests and most of the networks are all the same with poor signal.

We are now busy deciding which to go with, do you have any solutions to improve signal strength/quality as we need to make a decision on which network we align ourselves too?

Lets hope a rep sees this and is able to answer me before Vodacom gets back to my wife. As I prefer Cell C.

Cell C will sort you out. If the techie comes along and starts talking nonsense, ask him about an antenna. You probably don't need a strong one, maybe 8db will be enough
 
Hi Cell C I have the same problem in Stillfontein quality of service has degraded from good to unusable.Cant make a phone call, data downloads very erratic cant Skype continuous time outs when loading web pages.Technical department as good as having sand in the desert total waste of time and money.

Thanks for your help Cell C rep but that is where it stopped. Technical dep says its congestion and they can do nothing about it well I can I have move to Vodacom great service voice and data
