Poor speeds on regular IS accounts.

I'm sitting with the same problem since yesterday. I hate this ****ing country and it's pathetic service. This makes me really sad.

I emailed OpenWeb about the problem, and specially the slow speeds I've been getting from the News Server.

Well, their reply was :

I'm on email duty today, but will tell you what i know.

Due to the popularity of the news server, the demand outstrips the supply.

We have asked IS whats up and the only conclusive info we can extract
was that they are building a new News server, and they didnt commit on
any ETA.
