Known phobia, I had a girlfriend once who was exactly the same. TBH I would not know, I would not buy Boerie from them. I guess that it's OK if you personally know the butcher, and have personally witnessed him/her making Boerie, and seeing with your own eyes what goes into it.Checkers champions boerewors is a definite no-no?
