Honestly though... how much porn must you download to cause a national problem? Other countries might as well just introduce caps. Seriously... they can pay what they pay now and get a 100GB cap. If they reach the cap, then buy another 100GB. That is certainly not expensive. If they moan about it, direct them to www.telkom.co.za to compare their prices with ours.
