Port Alfred

Someone told me the town is about to expand hugely in the not too distant future. Goodness knows what they based that on.

I don't think anywhere in the EC is set for much expansion in the future, unless we get a massive influx of vaalies. Loads of holiday homes are for sale as people scale back and not very much construction going on right now.

They have 43 Air School there which is as close as you are going to get to anything military.

Quite a bit of construction going on here in Morgan Bay. Not so much in Kei Mouth.

Theres a lot of construction happening north of East London. Our area is full of construction trucks and bulldozers that apparently cant do 20km an hour on the single road we use here. Frustrating, but hey, progress is progress.

I have an empty stand in Port Alfred and am considering building a house there. I read about water supply issues in the town last year.

Worth it, or is the town going south?

Water issues havnt been like that for only a year been a lot longer than that . Get water runn off into Jojo Tanks and become well aquainted to the local oasis.
