Port blocked

Hi, I was under the impression 8ta uses unrestricted ports. A few days ago I was hosting on port 34197, but last night and today it's blocked. Anyone know how to get ports unblocked again on 8ta?

Had the same issue a couple of years ago, everything unrestricted then they started blocking/NAT'ing even(?) out of the blue. This was during the time when more IP ranges were being added (initially 197.229.x.x, to including 154's and 41's)

I gave 180 a call, put in a request for unrestricted again and was up and running shortly after. Worked again as expected within the same week, if not within a few days.
