Nah Central PE is rather quaint
the harbour is looking good - from the Donkin Reserve you can see the potential

Even Summerstrand and Humewood is oozing with potential

Of course what PE has far to much of is Apartheid architecture - some beautiful old quaint buildings overwhelmed by the most insidious bit of Brutalism extracted from the rectum of the 70s
