I want to host Custom Warcraft 3 games. Portforward.com has lead me to believe that those are the settings I need. What am I missing/ doing wrong?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

make your server ip static (or just use the dynamic one) i.e. 192.168.x.x or 10.0.0.x and type that in the Local IP Address Box.

i.i.e : thus telling the router to forward all outside connections (ADSL) ports 6112-6119 to your internal machine.. with Local IP.. xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ports 6112 - 6119

You're doing it all wrong.

You have to type in your LAN IP address and not your Internet IP address in the Local IP Address field.

Also note that for Warcraft III you just have to port forward TCP port 6112 and not a whole range of both TCP & UDP ports.
Lastly, on your PC you have to add a firewall exception for war3.exe and NOT for w3l.exe

I'm not having any luck.
@Pada : Is the LAN IP the one of the router, or the specific PC I intend to host on?
In the case of using the router's IP , it won't add it to the list of forwarded ports and using the PC's IP, it's makes the list, but Hosting still fails.
Could there be something wrong with the setting ie. using any interface?

I see "Enable" isn't checked, it should be.

The IP must be your PC's.

I would suggest that you disable your PC's firewall completely, because your router ready has a firewall.
If you're dialing the PPPoE connection from your PC and not from your router, then you must enable your PC's firewall, but then you won't have to do port forwarding.

Make sure that the IP address that you've entered in the Local IP Address field matches your PC's current LAN IP address.
Also ensure that the local & public port range is from 6112 - 6112, and that your Warcraft III's port is also set at 6112. To verify the Warcraft III game port, go to Options -> Gameplay.
I would also suggest that you check the Enable checkbox and add the Comment: Warcraft III

Once you've hosted the War3 game on Twilight PvPGN server, you can check if your game port is open by going to http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ and testing port 6112.

Please take note that port forwarding is completely different from allowing someone on your LAN to join your game that you've hosted on Twilight PvPGN server!
