Port from GloCell (Cell C)

I wish to port from Cell C (GloCell being the service provider)
I have sent numerous emails to GloCell ([email protected]) but they are never acknowledged / answered.
Their call center never answers



Does anyone know the contract details of someone that can assist me?

If you currently with GloCell you probably have to wait for Cell C to take over the current customer base of GloCell and then deal with Cell C directly thereafter.

GloCell customers are being moved directly onto our platform and will incorporate them into our systems.

The process to fully integrate the customers into Cell C’s systems is expected to be completed by mid-July. During the transition period, GloCell will continue to service this customer base.
