Port MTN to MTN

I am on MTN prepaid, I bought a new MTN sim to take advantage of BozzaGigs as my current sim doesn't support it.

Now, how exactly do I keep my old number and use it on the new sim? I've followed instructions here and here. Now Im able to get a OTP but when I send the OTP from the NEW sim, nothing ever happens.

I think there's a 3 month waiting period before such a thing can be done, just double check with an agent.

I'd advise going into a dealership and have them sort it out for you, if they cant get it right they can at least escalate the matter via their dealer channel.

Shouldn't you be doing a sim swap.....?
