I ported to Cellc from MTN, don't know if its a port issue or cellc network issue, but most of the time when I receive calls, they just go strait to voice mail. I have Checked and I have signal at the time of call.

Can someone please advise on this?

When did you port? Do you get full signal where you live /workplace? Contact the porting department at Cell C probably it didn't go through successfully and if that isn't the cause then it must be cell c network or your handset that is faulty. Did you also check to see if your calls are not being diverted to voice mail.i had the same issue with another network when I was on a data network couldn't do both simtaneously.

do you possibly have the porting department number for me, I ported last week Thursday.

Hi I sent you a pm earlier today. i'll do it again now thanx

One scenario, If MTN did not port you properly, their network may still "think" you are MTN, then routing the call to you fails and it reaches voicemail.

Then it should go to MTN voicemail and not Cell C voicemail.

yea it goes to Cellc voicemail.
Engineers are working on it and having a look, big up to Cellc.

Still frustrated, I cant seem to make most of my calls to MTN numbers.
