Ported number not receiving same benefits?

I ported my main number to Vodacom prepaid a few months ago (as MTN was becoming horrible in my area) and I’ve realised that my main number doesn’t get the same benefits as my other Vodacom (also prepaid) number.

The ported number doesn’t get Just4You/Just4YourTown deals, or any other Made For You deals, yet the “pure” Vodacom number does. Same area, and I use the ported number more so it’s not a thing of usage frequency.

Multiple calls to the call centre as well as DMs on Twitter with no result.

Anyone else facing the same issue/faced the same issue and got it resolved?

I suspect you'll have to put "Free Change" to the test, as a start.
