I've been using a prepaid sim as my 'house phone' which would receive calls and sms's for deliveries or act as an intercom for my gate.
There has never been any need to load airtime or make calls from the number as we would just use our own phones to achieve that
It's worked but I want to port it to another network where I will get some freebies that I could use on this phone.
The issue is that for some reason I cannot receive any sms's to port the damn number and I need that as the porting network sends through an OTP to confirm the port.
All I get to speak to is tobi and if by chance I get to speak to human they are just as useful. Visiting the stores didn't help either.
Any ideas apart from just getting a new sim RICA'd as I would really like to keep the number?
