Any advice or a way to speed up my port out from Megsapp to Afrihost?
Timeline
- Monday 3 Aug - First port attempt, got the otp to port and received the port approval.
- Tuesday 4 Aug - First port failed with megsapp rejecting the port. So, I reached out to Afrihost support who suggested try again. Second port attempt initiated.
- Wednesday 5 Aug – Second port failed with megsapp rejecting the port. Afrihost can’t help anymore and I must contact megsapp. Megsapp support basically said it has been escalated and have wait up 48 hours.
- Friday 7 Aug – 48 hours later reached out to megsapp support, received copy and paste message it has been escalated and have wait up 48 hours.
- Saturday 8 Aug – Feeling lucky and third port attempt initiated.
- Sunday 9 Aug - Third port failed with megsapp rejecting the port.
- Tuesday 11 Aug - Reached out to megsapp support, received that the long weekend has delayed the escalation but it has been escalated and have wait up 48 hours.
- Thursday 13 Aug – Another 48 later got another copy and paste message it has been escalated and have wait up 48 hours.
