Pos overlay incorect time isue

Good day.ive looked everywhere and cant find a solution to my stupid problem.now i work for a shop.for safety and security reasons i wont give to much details.but they have a point of sales overlay program that displays what a person buys on the security camera located over a til..now my issue is when im givin a slip to recheck.the time on slip and camera time is the same how ever the overlay time and footage is difirent wich gives me a difirent recording for that time.for example slip shows 11 o clock when i search 11 o clock the event isint in that time slot its either a couple minutes before or after.how do i set that time?ive tried seting till times and camera times and find no setings for the actual pos text sender.

Well i would maybe have stated it beter if i was on an actual pc instead of a phone.and not pressed for time.and to lecture me about this kinda thing and ad no real value to my actual isue...is kinda pointless...
