Possible Virus / Firewall

Hey Guys

My wife clicked on a link this morning (invite in a discord I think) and the firewall popped up, not sure if she installed something or gave a firewall exclusion. I did a quick scan and reset the firewall to default. I assume this should be fine or is there any other action I should take ?

Currently only have the windows anti-virus and firewall

What was the link? That might narrow down what happened. Could be anything.

But normally AFAIK there wouldn't be a firewall popup from Defender when browsing to a URL, unless it was the first time running Discord or something. So that's concerning to me. Although, I usually don't click things I don't know so literally speak from little experience, could be wrong
